    Hello @Cinder915 the app store freezing is an issue that is affecting a lot of people at the moment. You can read about the issue by clicking on the green view post button below

    Please do not uninstall your app.

    This issues has been reported to the game team in the meantime please check this for more info

    • Check Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
    • Restart the Game: Sometimes, restarting the game can resolve connection issues.
    • Update the Game: Ensure the game is updated to the latest version.
    • Clear Cache (Android):
      1. Go to Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Saga > Storage > Clear Cache.
    • Contact Support: Follow the steps mentioned above.

    Ganes can not be completed. This is new problem for past two days. iPad can connect, router is working & games are not .

    Keep on playing? Frozen on contacting app store. I have tried rebooting

    thank you for all the suggestions. Nothing has worked. I’m getting the msg. Can’t connect to App Store. Because of this I still cannot access my gold bars.

    keep getting the continuous spinning….. no chance to purchase more moves using gold bars or even BUYING more bars. Big miss!
