How long will the Magic Shuffler be part of the bouns available to shuffle the board game items? I would rather not have the option as it slows the gameplay down and it's a feature that makes the gameplay unfair, in my opinion.

The button was temporarily removed from the game as the game Studio is running some tests! Hopefully, the test will end soon and you all will receive the button again!

The game is infuriating and unplayable without thr 2x button. I can't stand it like this. So irritating. King is ridiculous.

The speed up button is a feature that is currently being tested, so it may not always be available to all players. Unfortunately, there's no way to manually restore it if it disappears.
However, features like this often come back, so please keep an eye out for future updates.

My game is in SUPER SLOOOOOOW-MOTION! I can't stand it. What happened to the speed-up/slow-down arrow button in the bottom right?!?!?!?!
It does over a longer period of time since it really helps cut down on the time it takes for cascades to complete. It also hid some of the new shenanigans King is up to. ie A row of 4 making a wrapped candy when a striped would have been useful :D
Bring back the speed up button!! The game is unplayable now!
I thought it might just be a case of the game feeling slower rather than it actually being slower @SubstitutePyrolight
When I did briefly have the Speed Up I didn't use it due to all the complaints about how it slowed the game once it was removed. The couple of times I did use it (with five minute boosters) I wasn't too sure it made that much difference. I have managed two levels from a five minute booster without having the Speed Up in my game.
It does feel slower but it is not as far as I can tell once you get used to it again. The variations in speed that happen on levels sometimes is quite noticeable once the extra speed is gone.
You are 'lucky' then @Lee_ą²_Keeping as in my game it kept coming and going. It once appeared in my game for three days before disappearing.
And I've used it since then! It's like taking candy away from a baby! Pardon the pun! š

The thing is though the Speed Up button is a new feature that has only been around since October 2023, so if they didn't change things then the Speed Up button wouldn't even exist.
Since the introduction of the Speed Up option the most common complaint is that the game seems slower once the Speed Up option is removed @aaroncarson
I don't know if the game is actually slower or if people got so used to the sped up version that they just need time to readjust to the game's normal speed again.
Where is my speed 2x button?? It dissappeared a few days ago and no matter what i do...it isn't coming back.
I tried this ...doesn't help.

I've had the Speed Up button for monthsā¦ now it's gone and been replaced with the Magic Shuffler, the game feels like it's running through treacle..!

The loss of the Speed Up button hasn't necessarily been caused by the introduction of the Magic Shuffler @Lee_ą²_Keeping
The Speed Up button has been around since October 2023 and since then I think I have had it in my game for five/six weeks off and on. That is, I had it for a week then it was removed, then it was reintroduced, removed again and reintroduced. I think the longest I had the Speed Up for was two weeks.
So whilst it looks like you have lost the Speed Up and gained the Magic Shuffler it could have been that you were due to lose the Speed Up button anyway.

With regards to the competition with random people ā can you please tell me the name of the event? Or may be post a screenshot, if you have saved it before when you won a prize!! Not all players receive the same events! Hence, I would like to make sure which event you are talking about!

I am sorry to hear that the Speed button has disappeared from your game!
The feature is still in testing! If the game Studio has shuffled the players that receive the feature, that would be a reason for it to disappear from your game now! And also, there might be some changes coming to the feature and hence, it was switched off!!

It is the standard non answer cut and paste response.
I know why the change was done, they want to slow down the consumption of the content and extract more gold via the shuffler to balance out the other changes.
The problems are:
Ya 1 and 8 are the same intentionally.
That is exactly why it is gone. Slow the progression down to drain more gold. "It is a test" is the template answer when they remove something.

I agree with you about the changes that are being brought into the game! I won't know about the features I don't have (Speed button, Top That, Candy Cup, etc.,), but I am with you about the Daily Treat Machine!
I did not get a chance to check all the complaints as I wasn't here this morning! I am wondering that the post QueenB answered could be one of the first complaints! And, because of that, the answer might have been more genericš¤
