i have a MAC… not windows… I only will use Safari or Firefox.. it works on my IPHONE..

Thank you PummyRaj …. I still can't play. What is this glitch? I've been playing since 2007 and hate to lose all my progress by downloading as if a new player.

Not sure why this glitch is occurring for some players! We have to wait to hear from the Community In-charge till Monday!
Did you try to open the game on a different browser? Did it not improve the situation?
Seems like the glitch was corrected! However, all my lives are gone. I had over 150. :(

Hi Dawn and sorry to hear you had issues playing the game on your Mac. Is the issue still persisting?
If yes, can you please send us a screenshot of the information of your Mac? Just click on the Apple icon and grab a screenshot of the pop up that you get with the info.
