There was another player that was experiencing the same glitch this afternoon! Let me check what they did and which device they are using and get back to you.

I think that player is also using MacBook as they opened the game on Safari when Firefox was giving this issue! ๐๏ธHere๐๏ธ is their complaint, just for you to check!
I do not use MacBook! Hence, I am not much aware about it! Since both Safari & Firefox are having the same issue, is there a possibility to download the App version?
You are right, Dawn! I googled, and it is not possible to download the App version of Candy Crush on MacBook!!
It looks like there is some glitch in the game, as complaints are growing! I cannot report it yet as we only 3 complaints at the moment!
As for now, if you have access to a mobile device - please play the game on that. If I have any news, I will get back to you tomorrow ๐

@DawnKopman is having this issue on their MacBook! But, you are playing on Dell laptop!
Can you please open the game on another browser - Chrome, Edge, etc.,? If neither of these browsers work, I would suggest you to download the App through Microsoft Center! But, your laptop should have Windows 10/11.
