It's been 12 hours and now it's not working in Facebook either. Same crappy grayed out screen.
I hope you don't have to wait until next update, and the Grey screen clears by tomorrow🤞
It had an update this morning and then stopped working. Maybe it needs another update.

This Grey screen is not an issue of your devices! We do not know if it is the game either!! But, the interesting thing is, there is no fix either!! As it will be cleared by itself - without doing anything!!
Unfortunately, you cannot do anything to resolve the issue until the game comes back to it's own senses and open up again! If possible, just make sure that you have the latest version of the game App, and cleared cache, cookies, etc.,
I am sorry for not being much help, Lisa! But, please hang in there and wait for the issue to be resolved. As of now, the max time it took for the issue to be cleared is a week!!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
