i never receive all the gifts when i am successfull on a level or , i play on my ipad….Has someone the same problem?

Might you be talking about the "Daily Win" feature — where we win our first new level in a day and we receive a sticker? And, when we receive 6 stickers, the Treasure box will be opened?

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing glitch with Daily Win feature! Are you not receiving the Stickers or the final prize?
And, to answer your initial question (from opening post), yes! There were some complaints about not receiving stickers and/or final prize of the Daily Win.

When you said "gifts" - are you referring to the Gold Bars we receive after winning Episode Race and Candy Royale race? Or is it something else? If it is the Gold Bars, yes! We do have some complaints about this. Whenever when you did not receive your rewards, you will have to send a complaint to the King Player Support team. Please let me know if you need help with it.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
