I have some requests to help out friends when they have difficulty passing a level but when I click, it gets me back to the map and I am not able to help them. Is that a bug?
It sounds like a bug @PummyRaj . I do have this feature again at the moment and there is a blue help button I can press.
When I press the Help button next to the player's name I am taken first to this screen
and then when I press "play" I am taken straight into the level my friend is stuck on. At no time am I taken to the map screen.
I am sorry, Mohsin, but without using boosters or gold bars I don't think I'll be able to beat this level.

I think that is how the feature works! I had it only for couple of days and was able to play only one or two levels!! I don't remember whether the game automatically takes us to the level our friend is in OR we have to scroll to that level!!
How far are you in the map than your friends?
Let me call in one of my Community friends @christinewupp and see if she still has the feature and remember how it works🤔

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
