It looks like you are using an Apple device! You can send your complaint directly from your game. If you need help, please follow below steps⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel you see on Home Screen (where you click on Play);
Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
Scroll down to “Technical & Connection Issues” and click on it;
Select a suitable option and click on it;
Now, scroll down all the way and click on “Contact Us”;
Fill the form and submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email with few troubleshooting tips. Please try those steps and see if the issues gets resolved. If not, send them a reply informing that the steps did not help and you need further assistance.

It might take up to 72 hours for an agent to contact you. But, please don’t get discouraged. Keep sending a reminder email every other day and inform that you are still waiting to be helped! Contacting the Player Support is a patience testing process. Please don’t give up🤗
