Kings.com account and facebook account are not in sync

my kings.com account - saurabhownline01@gmail.com and facebook account from same email address are not in sync. I am at 2500+ level in kings.com account but when i login to facebook it shows level 1. Kindly fix asap

Hi @Saurabh_Pandey, were you playing through Facebook the entire time? It sounds like you might have just started playing through Facebook if it is starting you at level 1.

Hi, i was playing with facebook login and then deleted the facebook account but continued to play with kings login. Recently created facebook account again and now when i try to login with facebook id it starts at level 1. But when i login with kings account i see i am at level 2600, so how can i get back to level 2600 with facebook account? In both logins, email is same. So techically it should point to same levels, its a flaw in your design which needs to be fixed. You can do it from backend if required.0

Did you create a new Facebook account? Same email address? You can still follow the link that I posted above because they should be able to manually go in and correct this.
