Not for the first time my full bank of 200 lives just got wiped. Gone. Disappeared in a second. Why? How do I get them back?

Are you saying that your game crashed mid game @tom_james_barker or just that all your lives disappeared whilst you were playing a level.
That’s a real shame. It was mid game. Not sure how it updates in that context (it wasn’t device) but it’s hurt my enjoyment for sure.
@kiara_wael @QueenB please stop posting links that do not work in the Support area. Also please stop posting links to the Top Friends discussion. The Top Friends discussion has nothing to do with losing 200 stored lives.

Either your game updated, or your device @tom_james_barker
You can't get them back as King's policy is not to replace lost game elements that have been obtained freely.

Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
