The "Help a Friend" feature does not work that way! It is the game system that sends us requests to pass a level for our friends.
When we play and win that level in our game, our friend(s) will not move forward but, will be receiving some boosters to help in the level they are stuck!
If you need help from your friends, keep playing the level without wasting any boosters & lives. Hopefully, after certain number of tries, the system will be triggered and sends requests to your friends!!
If you tell us which level you are stuck at, we will check in our game and try to provide tips to win the level🍫🍫

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
