recently I have reinstalled the game and looged in my account but I lost all my collection .please h

Hello @Asad56🤗 A Warm Welcome to the King Community!

You lost your boosters because only Gold Bars and the level progress is saved to game servers. Hence, these can be found on all devices we play the game;

Whereas, the boosters and lives are stored to local memory of the device - which are not transferrable! And, when we delete the App, these items are also deleted.

Unfortunately, the King team will not reimburse these unless you have any purchased items.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels and Gold bars .
