I was playing on star tournament, making good progress on Top That, had to close the app to take care of some things, opened app, it's gone! On another device, it came on. Hit "play" and disappeared. What's going on?

The "Top That" feature will be returning to the game today. The issue that caused it to disappear was related to the ongoing Season Mastery event which we have turned off for now to work on improvements.
You should see Top That back in your game shortly with all your previously gained progress š

Same here! I invested $100 yesterday for 4 days of boosters and this morning it's gone!!
I invested $100 in 4 days worth of boosters to play and got more than half way through and this morning it disappeared!! What is going on?? I want a refund. This is ridiculous.

I have also lost Top That in both of my games since yesterday and have read some other posts here of players complaining about this: I think King have withdrawn Top That possibly because of a glitch or error. It certainly isn't anything to do with your game specifically. Is anyone reading this still getting Top That or has it disappeared for all of us?

Yesterday everything was perfectly fine, today i dont have the blue candy collector and season mastery event. What happened?

It didn't come back. Season mastery is all that's left, but nothing isthere to win their tokens. I looked forward to Top That, it relieved the boredom of star tournament...same levels over and over.
My Top That disappeared as well, after I played three episodes. At the end of the third episode the game hung up just after I claimed the episode race. I had to close the game and reopen. When I did Top That was gone. But I have not seen any season mastery at all today, neither with or without the event. This is on my iPhone. Strange goings on.
Hopefully once you win a level it will come back in your game but I just noticed it disappeared from my events as well and I now have Season Mastery. Have a great day š

Wow, really? I'm not sure why you call it an "investment", as you get nothing back by wasting this amount of money on Candy Crush Saga. As you would have to play through hundreds of levels (about a 1000 levels?) to reach the 250 gold I don't really think you have lost anything by the disappearance of the event. If you can play that fast you'll get as many gold bars just through the champions race. Top That is the worst event I have seen in Candy Crush for a long time, so in my humble opinion "good riddance", but if you think you might get a refund then try contacting Player Support.

If they manage to get it back online this week, they need to extend it by at least 24 hours. This is pathetic.
It's not so much an investment to win, but more for me. I really enjoy playing it every week, it's my favorite event aside from Candy Royal and it disappeared from both devices. And on my Android, it was part of the mastery season badge thing, so not only did I lose an entire day's worth of progress, but the mastery thing is gone too and I already got as far as the silver chest. This is pathetic. King has become completely full of bugs and glitches in the last few months and we all keep losing money and boosters and lots of time.
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
