Hello,
Because of a glitch that doesn't allow me to connect my facebook account, I am unable to retrieve my progress. I've been trying to get this fixed but nobody is actually answering my questions. I keep getting vague answers telling me to follow these steps (or once they didn't even help me at all, just said I could play another game), but these steps don't work. When I text them that it's still not working and I would appreciate more help, they fully ignore my message each time. I don't want to lose my progress but I just haven't recieved the necessary help I need. I have come here again as a cry for help. I genuinely don't know what to do, so if someone can please help me I would really appreciate it! I thank you for your help in advance.

I have noticed that one number is specifies as iOS! Which means, you must have sent your complaint directly from iPad/iPhone. The other one could be from another complaint - if you have sent it from a laptop, etc.,
Please don’t worry! I gave that reference number to our Community In-charge! Hopefully, they will be able to find out an update for you 🙏🏼

It sounds like the message you have received that said "we are working on the issue! Play another game until then" sounds like an automated message, but not a reply from an agent!!
Did you try sending a reply through the email(s) you have received from the Player Support team? If you didn't, please do send a reply and see what happens.
In the meantime, can you please give me the ticket number / reference number of your complaint? I will ask our Community In-charge and if they can find out anything🤞
