I've lost my levels on Chrome. Edge is fine. How do I get my levels back? On another old computer, the levels are there on Chrome, but on this computer they've gone back to level 14 from almost 8000

to recover your Candy Crush level is to reconnect the game to the same Facebook or Kingdom account you used initially. These platforms automatically save your progress, so linking back will restore your levels. Make sure you've logged into the correct account.
If not works . Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.
