When I hit the play button the classic chocolate bix will pop up and it will freeze up my screen . I have to restart to get out of game

You did not mention since how long have you been experiencing this issue!!
Have you tried clearing the cache in the game App? If you did and still the issue is the same, you must be experiencing the same issue that others are having —> HERE!!
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to resolve the issue but, wait for the Candy team to fix it on their end!
Please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue and you will lose all your saved boosters and stored lives!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
