And yes, I agree that it might not be your Wi-Fi! Being here in this Community needs strong internet connection! It doesn't look like you are experiencing any issue being here!

Hello @robertapessoa85 please get in touch with your internet provider to make sure your internet is stable and have enough speed to update the game. I believe the problem is with your internet stability and you should check with them first. Thanks
