I log in to save my progress n all my gold bars despaired

Hello @1D1 Welcome to King Community. Sorry to hear about it and wanted to ask you about your device and version to get you a better assistant. As you have logged in today and got your game progress so I believe the gold bars also will be updated soon. Please wait for sometimes and see if your gold bars updated or not. Thanks

Some players are experiencing this glitch when they create an account and save their game (for those who already made some progress in the game)!
All you can do is to contact King Player Support team and send them a complaint. Please follow below steps to report the issue⬇️
- Open the game and click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) located in top right corner of game map screen;
- Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
- Scroll down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
- You should see an option about "lost boosters" - click to open it;
- Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
- Fill the form and submit your complaint.
You would be receiving an automated email with some general information. Send a reply through that email and explain the issue. An agent should be getting in touch with you in 72 hours.
