I had to get a new tablet
I had my e mail address registered so I wouldn't lose my place in both Bubble Witch and Candy crush but NONE of my power ups that I had was added to my new tablet, is this normal if so Why? If my level is saved my power up should also be. I can screen shot what I had from old tablet is there any way they can be added back into my new tablet?

Hello @BonBonBug Welcome to King Community. When did you switch to your new tablet? Sometimes it might take a while to update the game features, levels and gold bars for candy crush saga game. So you can wait for sometimes to see if you get what you are looking for. Thanks

I bought it 2 days ago, I did get my gold bars but No power ups or lives
I had 580 that I didn't get back. In Bubble Witch I just installed it the day before yesterday
I could not remember my password when I hit I forgot it they never sent me a link
to reset my password till last night. I worked long and hard for those power ups and would really appreciate getting them back. I will wait till closer to the weekend before coming back giving it time to update .I will let you know if I do get them back. Thanks for the fast reply!

In King Saga games - only level progress and the Gold Bars are transferred as there are saved to King Servers. But, the boosters and lives are stored only to the local memory of the device we are using, which is not possible to transfer.
Please check this Help Article provided by our Community In-charge team —> Moving progress to New tablet or phone.
If you still have access to your old device and did not delete the game, please use up all those boosters on hard to beat levels while collecting boosters on your new tablet.Hope this made sense! If you have any other questions, please let me know🍫🍫

This Community account and our game accounts are completely different. And having an account here, posting comments will not affect your game in anyway.
All you need to do is to make sure that you do not reinstall the game App on your old device. And, all your boosters will be intact until you use those all👍️
