Question

I cannot get the boosters such as advertising , extra moves etc. I tried everything on privacy and accept advertising. I did this at the site of King and the site Apple. My Sons have about 11 kinds of boosters. I onlusten have 7. I played the game for more than 5 years. I tried it to stop and begin at the first level. Now the third time. I have stopped the first one and the data. Nothing helps !!  Please an explanation step by step of you can do that. The game is too Nice to stop. Now I payd to much money and I shall stop it. Please Will you help me …..  Harry K.

Hello @70hwk there is nothing that you can do to force adverts to appear in your game. King controls who receives all features of the game and you either have a feature or you do not.

Now I payd to much money and I shall stop it.

Using money to play your game means you will never receive adverts.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
