Did you ask your friends and found that they are sending lives from their side, but you are not receiving on your side? How about when you send lives to your friends? Are they receiving those?
How is your internet connection? Is it only Candy Crush Saga you are experiencing this glitch in? Are your other games work fine?
Which device are you using to play the game? If using a mobile device, which version of the App you have right now?

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
