We have not been able to reproduce this issue from our end and was wondering if you have by any chance tried a different browser and if possible, try clearing the browser cache one more time?!
Also, do you happen to have access to a mobile device which you could play the game from? If not, you can also download the game app from the Microsoft Store if your PC has Windows 10 installed.

QueenB, I will cler cache and I do most of the time, and Pummy I play this game on Chrome now and have been for a few weeks, Look, I LOVE this game sooo much, and I really wish this would be fixed soon and I appreciate everyones help and suggestions! I had this issue a couple of weeks and then about a few days ago , the game played smoothly , no issues! and the last couple of days its back!
