My game locks up when I get to the Top That event. Is this being fixed?

PummyRaj, I lose my lives after playing my normal given ones after loading and playing the game, after all of that, my game goes to TOP THAT automatically and then my game just SITS thereaka hangs and never responds , this how I lose my lives. so annoying and I really wish you would just rid of this TOP THAT!
Again I am unable to X out of the "top that" screen shown above.

Once it is received, I don't think it will be possible to remove the feature from our game🤔
But, can you please clarify something for me? You said you are losing all your lives! Can you please explain how you are losing lives?
I too have this freezing issue in my game! But, it only happens as soon as I open the game as the pop-up appears! Once I will close the game and restart my device, it does not freeze again in the day!

My game hangs on Top That, this sooo annoying and I would like f this could be removed from my game???? I will now have to reload and lose all of lives, and I am just P****ed off

I was informed by our Community In-charge that the issue was fixed!
If you are using a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10, please update the App and the glitch should be cleared it seems! If you are playing on Facebook - Browser version, please clear cookies, etc., and the glitch will be fixed!
If it didn't and still affecting your game, please reply back and let me know 🍫🍫

I need one clarification please! Does the feature freeze each time it pops-up while adding up the Blue candies you have collected OR only once when you open the game?

Are you playing on Facebook browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.,) or the App version?
If it is on Chrome or any other browser, you don't need to check for the version! If it is the App version, you will have to check in Microsoft Center!
It locks up when I open up the game and it progresses to the point of showing me how many Top That blue candies I've collected. Then I'm not able to do anything else.

We have not been able to reproduce this issue from our end and was wondering if you have by any chance tried a different browser and if possible, try clearing the browser cache one more time?!
Also, do you happen to have access to a mobile device which you could play the game from? If not, you can also download the game app from the Microsoft Store if your PC has Windows 10 installed.

QueenB, I will cler cache and I do most of the time, and Pummy I play this game on Chrome now and have been for a few weeks, Look, I LOVE this game sooo much, and I really wish this would be fixed soon and I appreciate everyones help and suggestions! I had this issue a couple of weeks and then about a few days ago , the game played smoothly , no issues! and the last couple of days its back!

Why can we only use 20 lives a day? I think it should be unlimited or at least 50.
