Here’s what you can do:

Tap 5 times on the top-center of your screen. This will reveal a hidden "X" button.

Tap the "X" button, and it should close the empty overlay and unblock your game.

Let me know if this works for you! If the issue persists, you can always contact Support through these steps:

Open the game app and go to the settings menu (gear icon).
Tap on the "?" (Help Center) and select the topic of your issue.
Select "Contact Us" at the bottom and provide details about the problem (screenshots help a lot!).

I deleted and then re-installed and lost all my boosters too 😩

my game locks up after 1 play. I have removed the app and reinstalled it several times. I have also updated my ipad. This is happening on my ipad and my iphone

I am sorry to know that your game is affected by the Grey screen! This is an unknown glitch, that has been affecting some players!!

This glitch usually resolves by itself! For some players it took a day and for some players, it took about a week! Since you are already experiencing this glitch from several days, I am hoping that it will be cleared in next couple of days!!

But, Please do not reinstall your game as that will not resolve the issue.

If you are willing to, please send a complaint to the King Player Support team to let them know about the glitch. Let me know if you need help with that!
