Can you please confirm if the game ID you provided is from the old or new device? Also, the new device you are currently playing from, did anyone used to play the game before you started using it?
Your game progress have been saved but it looks like the game app on the new device is not properly connect 🤔
Can you please try deleting the game app on your new device, restart the device and install the game app once again and make sure you connect it to your Facebook account using your @gmail.com account 😉

If you notice your game map screen, both level 1 and 2 do not have any stars on those! That is the reason, the game is starting you at level # 1.
So, all you need to do is replay both these levels and win them. Once you have done that, your Profile Icon should be activated for you to click and take it to your actual level.

Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game and play any level
If the Levels still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.
