Hi And Welcome to the King Community
Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game and play any level
If the Levels still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.

I've done it several times. Whay i dont undertand is that if i play in my old terminal, it goes to the correct levelβ¦.

That is a weird glitch you are experiencing! I am glad to know that you still have access to your old phone and can continue us playing the game until this glitch is resolved π

If you notice your game map screen, both level 1 and 2 do not have any stars on those! That is the reason, the game is starting you at level # 1.
So, all you need to do is replay both these levels and win them. Once you have done that, your Profile Icon should be activated for you to click and take it to your actual level.
