Can you please confirm if the game ID you provided is from the old or new device? Also, the new device you are currently playing from, did anyone used to play the game before you started using it?
Your game progress have been saved but it looks like the game app on the new device is not properly connect 🤔
Can you please try deleting the game app on your new device, restart the device and install the game app once again and make sure you connect it to your Facebook account using your @gmail.com account 😉

Is it really that complicated to solve the problem? It's not the first mobile I've changed and it's never happened to me before.
