how do i get a candy to move to crush a candy in level 92 it seems to be frozen

Are you playing level 92 on regular map or in Adventure path? Can you please post a screenshot of your game board for us to take a look?

There is only one possible first move: to match the two color bombs in the bottom left corner together. Doing this will remove the marmalade covering the bombs in the bottom right corner. Match them too. After that try to clear as much licorice as you can. You'll pass after a few tries.
