Since my first in-Game-Purchase i cant see any ads

Question

Im playing Candy Crush for over ten years and ive always had the opportunity to watch ad-videos to get extra boosters or turns to master a difficult level.

Now i purchased (For the first time in 10 years!) a pack of boosters for 4,99€ and since then, i cant watch any ads anymore... how can i get the ads back?

And please dont just tell me that seeing ads is just a "test-feature" wich some players can see and some dont... that seems pretty implausible since a lot of players complain about the same problem!!

Hello @WeberCH I am sorry this happened to you. Sadly it is a well known fact in this community that players will definitely lose the chance to gain freebies by watching ads the moment they spend any real money on the game. We have been warning others about this for years in this community but sadly most players only come here when it is too late.
