Can i play other account f someone needs help
You cannot play the account of anyone you do not know personally. If this person is your personal friend or a family member and decides to share their login details including their password with you, then of course you can log into their game and play for them if they request this. But you cannot play any level for someone else without logging into their account. That would be classed as hacking and is of course forbidden.
