lives

Question

I can't use any of my lives that have been given to me and i just purchased a lightning ball for 15 min and 2 bars  i had 3 lives and used them and one bar when i went to get more lives from my envelope i can't so now my purchase ran out  to on my lightning bolt can someone tell me what is wrong.
