how to play level 6972?
In settings, click on ? icon at the bottom center:
…which opens the Help Center.
In that Help Center, scroll down to the bottom and choose 'New Levels/Level Help':
Choose any of the options there as all have 'Contact Us' button at the very bottom of the page.
Use this button to fill the form and send it to Player Support.

You are absolutely correct, this level is mathematically impossible in 23 moves. However, my own game has 24 moves, so I can pass this level.
I suggest you report this to Player Support. To contact Player Support from within the App, go to Settings in the App and then click on the ? icon, scroll though the questions until you get to see 'contact us' at the bottom. You will receive an automated email back, reply to that email. You can take a screenshot of your starting board with 23 moves and attach it as evidence as well.
I will also tag our Community Manager @QueenB.
The conveyor belt movement releases one dragon every move, making it mathematically impossible to win this level in 23 moves. You need exactly 24 moves to release 24 dragons.
Can @maurosara's game get fixed, please?

Level 6972. You can forget about the Dragons, they will make their way to the exit around the conveyor and there is nothing you can do to speed them up. You should concentrate on destroying the spawner to complete the level. There is a key under the crystal candies on the right of the board which will unlock the licorice on the left. Collect the key and clear the licorice so that your combos will hit the spawner, but the main thing to do is to keep the bubblegum under control. The bubblegum will help to clear the spawner as it pops next to it. Please check this video Here

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
