Sweet cinema now has 16 boxes including 7 x (2 color bomb, 2 wrapped/striped, 2 coconut, 2 hands, 1 hammer/lollipop). .
The odds are not that different, but only 1 hammer??? Who needs more coconut wheels? Now if you get a hammer early on, you might need to watch ads for half an hour or longer to get another hammer ☹️
Why not 2 lollipops/hammers and only 1 coconut wheel? What do other players think?

Are you playing on mobile? Not everyone sees the same games/rewards, but if you play on mobile and never see it …. Would be nice if King would shed some light on this.

They have been shedding light on this for years in this thread @MrT2 and @JustmeSilvia
As that thread is very long I would like to summarize:
All features involving adverts are only given to some test groups by King and not to others.
Any players spending real money on the game will not get the chance to watch ads to get free boosters. This does incluce Sweet Cinema.
To answer your original question: I find that the ads have become too long to watch lately, so I don't bother using my Sweet Cinema at all. I only watch ads to add to my gold balance at the end of each episode. I don't have the patience to click on an x after 30 seconds only to find that I have to click "done" on an internet page the ad has sent me to and then wait for yet another x to appear 15 or more seconds later. Too much clicking and a minute of my life (and timed boosters I may have) wasted. No thank you. I'd rather play the game without ads. Or not at all, for that matter.

Yes, some ads take 30 seconds or even more (with all the extra clicks), but i might take a break then and wait for the 5 second ads to come back. You can’t pass some legendary levels without some xtra hands and hammers. You pay or you watch. Better that than to play the level 50 times with no chance of passing. I watch, get some boosters and then play the episode without too much problems winning more boosters in the process. Rinse, repeat. Just dont give me anymore coconut wheels 😉4 -
We figured that out over the years here. I tested it out on two games about a year ago. No, King never admitted to it.
I could test out again if it still applies but don't want to throw any money at them. Not even 99 pence. The game isn't worth it.

Actually 99 p isn't too much to pay to test this out. Obviously I need evidence if I am going to spread this claim here. So here goes:
I have adverts turned to "allow all" in my privacy settings and am offered extra moves at the end of this legendary level:
Now I buy ten gold bars with real money and see what will happen.

Hi everyone. As promised I return with my findings. As of this morning I no longer get the offer to watch videos for extra moves. All I now get is this:
I also no longer have anything regarding adverts in my privacy settings. That page now looks like this:
This is a new finding as last time I didn't look for this. In my different, main game, where I have had ads for many months the same page looks like this:
It really does look like my purchase has somehow removed the ads option completely from that game.
