why is the game frozen after 16459. The screen goes dark and things are moving but unable to play

    I am sorry to see that you are experiencing the "Grey Screen" issue!! It is not the issue with your devices, but the game itself! Unfortunately, nobody knows the reason behind this glitch and the Studio cannot find the cause!

    We have received more complaints about this but the glitch always gets resolved on it's own without doing anything by the player!

    For some players, it took a day or 2. And, for some players, it took a week (max)! Hopefully, it will be resolved soon in your game also! Please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue and you will lose all your saved boosters and stored lives.

    I would recommend you report this issue to King Player Support team, so that they can record the issue in the system⬇️

    • Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the bottom left corner of game Home screen;
    • Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
    • Scroll down to "Technical & Connection issues" and click on it;
    • Click on "Why is my game is crashing/Freezing";
    • Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
    • Fill the form and submit your complaint.

    Hopefully, the glitch will be resolved quickly and you can get back into the game🤞

    Thank you. Logged in with my email and went back to level 1!! Logged back in through FB and back at 16460!!

    got too excited too fast as now the same thing is happening after every life.

    I'm having same problem. Am using the latest version of IOS and the game software. Frozen on both my iPhone and iPad. Have restarted devices, but didn't help. Logged out and back in a couple of times and got it to play once, but then it froze again. I can see the screen with the map of levels (like the picture in the original post above), but nothing functions. Unlike the original poster above, I'm "only" on level 9486, but really don't want to lose 11 years of progress. I was playing with a bunch of good timed boosters, which I've obviously lost at this point, but I just want the game to function. Seems like this is a known problem, but it's frustrating to see that there seems to have been no resolution to the issue posted above, which was two weeks ago.

    Message above suggests clicking on the gear icon and then going through several steps, but the game is completely frozen, so I can't even get to the icon to start the process.
