Which version of the App do you have right now and how long have you been experiencing this issue?
Are you trying to use your Gold Bars or purchase the Gold bars/package? Do you see any error message? If so, can you show me a screenshot of it?

My device is a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 Model SM-T810. Latest software update for Samsung Galaxy tablet is shown in the second screenshot.
Using Candy Crush Saga version 1.293.1.1
Experiencing the issue since Thursday Dec 12 2024. I am not trying to purchase gold bars. Just need it for extra boosters or lives at end of the game.
Any help would be appreciated.
