Please help me link my Facebook account to my King one!:)

Hey there!

I would like to ask for some help linking my progress of my Facebook account to my new King account on Candy Crush, if possible!

Not really sure what exact information is needed, but thank you for the help in advance!

    Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game?

    Did you already create a King account that you are playing the game with OR are you playing the game with Facebook account?

    Thank you for the quick reply!

    I am using my IOS phone device to play and I have already created a King account. The latter mentioned King account is the one I would like to continue playing on.:) All my previous progress was on my facebook account. I hope I have managed to give a good enough answer, thank you again!

    Since you are using a mobile device, I would suggest you to check the steps provided in the Help Center in the game. To access Help Center ⬇️

    • Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon);
    • Click on the ? icon (in Settings window);
    • You will enter the Help Center;
    • Scroll down a bit until you see "Game Progress" and click to open it;
    • You should find an article about creating the King account as well as syncing the game.

    Thank you! I have already created a King account, however I could not find an article about syncing the Facebook data to my King one:(

    Hello @alrighdan I have followed the steps suggested by @PummyRaj and this is the screen I get:

    There are several options here you could choose, none of which seem to directly offer a solution to your problem. However, you will see the "Still need help? contact us" option at the bottom of each of these pages, so I suggest you contact Support by using this option. They will send you an automated email which will hopefully get followed up by a real email from a helpful Player Support worker within a few days.
