In the meantime, if you experience this issue, please try connecting the game to a King account instead or try playing from a mobile device.

While they are working on this Windows app version of CCS, please get them to check on another issue that is peculiar to this platform.
Wheather you login with Fcaebook or King account, you can't "Invite friends". It should be a basic feature of CCS. Why should this function be not available on this platform?

Finally the issue resolved !
updated to latest version : 1.2941.1.0 and reset the app,
eventually I able to login the Candy Crush App using email linked with Facebook from Windows 11 Pro after so many months.

I was able to get in through Facebook however, it started over at 1. When I try to log in with my King email and password it says that it's the wrong combination. Please assist, Lisa
