Is anyone else having trouble with rewards from sweet cinema disappearing? I have watched several ads for rewards and none of them are there.
That is exactly how it is happening to me.

This has also been happening for me for close to two weeks. The candy's go in my inventory but when I close the app and come back later, they are gone. Only happening with sweet cinema ads
Yes! I have asked for help. So far there is no solution.
I'm using app on an android phone which is up to date. So far today the sweet cinema has been removed.
That is the same for me, apo updated and plenty of space. Today so far they have taken sweet cinema away.

I have had the same issue since 23-January 2025. All my rewards from sweet cinema disappeared.My phone is updated with the latest version, and my phone storage has enough space to let the game update. I have the latest version of the game . I logged out and logged in back to your account and issue still persist.Thanks

Yes! Last week or so, we have received this complaint from few other players as well! But, I haven't heard from them afterwards!
Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? And, when did the issue start? Do you have any screenshot for me to show our Community In-charge team and report the issue?

However could you please check your phone if its updated with the latest version, also check your phone storage if its having enough space to let the game updated whenever it's available? For now you can log out and log in back to your account to see if this issue persist again or not. Thanks

this level is different to what’s on line. Need help with this level. No money or boosters. Help please.
As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? I read in a different comment on player page it needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up?
It took over 400 gold bars to pass this level. How do I get some of that back? Totally ridiculous. If there are any more of those and I’m done.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
level 6830 the bottom button is all jumbled up, I already rebooted and cleared cache.
