been trying all day to get onto the next episode, but it won't- just stuck on page saying "you were 3rd. good job"

Thanxx for your reply. Just wanted to see if there is any update and progress on the matter of not being able to activate and proceed to play ANY of the levels. The frozen screen with 2nd place reward still on, today the 4th day. Thanks in advance.

For more than 3 days now, I only get the 2nd prize in Episode race without any further step possible. No buttons, no possibility to play ANY of the levels. Please help.

This collection thread has not been commented on by Admin nor has there been an addition here to state that a fix is on the way. Are King aware of this problem and is it going to be fixed with a new update any time soon?
I too, have been stuck on episode race..says congratulations, you were 3rd and then I can't do anything else. This has been three days of this!!

Yesterday when I started a new Episode Race, I noticed I was in 2nd place, so I clicked to display the Episode Race. The player who was in 1st place had already finished the Episode Race. There are two possibilities for this problem: either Episode Race is not fairly ranking players, or a game bug caused me to lose this Episode Race at the start of the race along with the chance of winning the 30 gold bar prize.
My game is frozen on a pop up about an "Episode Race". Been frozen for 3 days.
Same problem for the last few days on laptop via King acct. Windows is up to date and do not want to reinstall app for fear of losing my levels.

Hello @ricky2525 the issue you describe with the Episode Race has been reported to the Game Team. I am afraid all you can do is wait until they fix it.

I've just finished a level and it says "good job racing here's a treat" It's now stuck despite reloading the game on my PC several times

My game is Candy Crush Saga and I am playing on my Laptop which the games can be accessed through Facebook. The game updates automatically. What is another way to fix this issue? I've opened the game again tonight and it's still stuck on the pop up.

The community does automatically translate French @Ccallstars. There should be a green translate button at the top right of each post in these languages: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese. You can use this to automatically translate posts in these languages easily and quickly. All these languages are now allowed and should be encouraged, as it's a lot easier for players to express themselves in their own language.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
