This seems to be a recurring problem. So I guess I'm no longer to play your game any more
It’s not only chocolate box, my episode race has frozen so I can’t claim my rewards 😠
Any feedback on this yet? From the previous comments I can see this has been persisting for a long time.
How do we move past this?
no button shows up after completing all missions.

This has been an issue for me for almost 2 years. It's been an issue on 3 different phones, my latest is brand new, so it has to be linked to my account and not the device. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING, to have to click through that every time I play, every level, every single time. How is this taking that long to fix???
Hello, I have the same problem with chocolate box, it's blocked my game...please help me
chocolate box is suddenly not working for me.
I completed one episode today, during the episode I completed the chocolate box but was unable to collect the rewards even though it said “claim” and then opened a new chocolate box. In the next episode, at the end of every level the chocolate box opened, nothing went in it and it froze. I had to close the app and reopen it after every level.

The Chocolate Box is currently under investigation. However not all players may have this problem. So if you’re encountered the issue, all you need to do is contact Player Support to see what happened to the game.
