It seems that since I’ve updated the game, I no longer receive bonuses or opportunities to watch videos for additional moves and bonuses. Is this new? Why was there a change to the fish with stripes change from three fish to only one fish?
Indeed the fish have changed and this change is here to stay. Playing a fish-stripe or fish-wrap combo is useless now. Here are some pointers to what the fishes might help with and what their priorities are now:

Historically the fish, when used with a striped candy or bomb candy turn into three fish. The three fish would then release three stripped or bomb candies. This is no longer happening. Furthermore, when they go to a block area the stripped or bomb fish just hit one spot and do not go off as if they are a stripped or bomb candy. In addition, historically when using the fish, they would go to the area in which you needed, now they go to an area that is not helpful. I tried to go to an older level and play to fix this, I also updated candy crush and neither has improved the use.

With regards to the Ads —> Ads are still under testing in Candy Crush Saga! From time to tome, all testing features are moved from one group to another group. I am thinking that the groups were switched recently and when you updated the game, the change must have been kicked in and because of that, you are not seeing the Ads anymore!
But, no need to be despair! If you have received Ads once, there are big chances that you will receive them again! Just a matter of time!
With regards to the Fish —> I am not sure I understood the issue! Can you please provide more details, for me to be able to report it to our Community In-charge team?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
