Build a Bot boosters available for previous levels

Please keep the build a bot etc boosters available to players waiting for new levels. As it is, we can't participate in a lot of the challenges & contests. Now that the build a bot boosters aren't available for replayed levels, there's no incentive to play until new levels are released. Please reinstate the boosters for everyone!

I understand that you want the comments posted here to be within the guidelines outlined by the company, and common sense.

Please do not extinguish the outlet tool for all the folks commenting.

I am very frustrated, and growing less patient as time passes, I'm certain I'm not the only one.

I put a lot of effort into making sure that what I am posting is not offensive or threatening in any fashion. I believe the majority of the people have showed considerable restraint as well.

Please address the individuals that may be crossing the line of proper etiquette, rather than ice the entire idea that is been posted.

I mean this with all respect and sincerity, I do appreciate all the help that you are doing and have been doing to help us!

Ok, enough with this! @mercerik, I have read and read and now it's time to speak up from my end. Have you or has everyone else here read the Candy Crush Saga House Rules? If not, you can read them here.

I would like to quote a paragraph from there .......

"Our Community is a friendly place, and we want all members to feel free to share their knowledge. We will not allow any behaviour that is disrespectful, threatening or offensive to other members of this community or towards the King staff. Abuse includes foul language threatening or aggressive behaviour or language that is deemed offensive. Please be aware that posting in CAPITAL LETTERS could be considered threatening."

If this type of discussion continues like this, I will be closing down this idea until I can speak to the community manager on Monday.

Thanks Arney! I beat games faster than UPLOADING THEM so I have PLENTY OF WORK TO DO. I am working on BUILD-A-BOT REVIEW which includes my EXPERIENCE with the CHALLENGE and it is coming soon.

PROBLEMS DON'T GET RESOLVED if the PEOPLE they DEPLOY to ANSWER THE ISSUES DO NOT KNOW the MECHANICS of the GAME. They just answer like ROBOTS carrying LINKS WITH THEM that are NOT SOLUTIONS. They are ONLY ANSWERING because they GET POINTS and KEEP THEIR POSITIONS IN THE COMMUNITY LEADERBOARD. This COMMUNITY will be SUCCESSFUL and RESPECTED if they RESEARCH their ANSWER FIRST.

mercerik -Understand and understood. When you do decide to play, and it is posted as you say it will be recorded, I hope that stinkin bot gives you those extra 3 moves in which it is captured as doing so in your screen shots! Along with all the other promised boosters you are to be starting this level with...good luck to you, I hope you can get everything resolved.☺️

I have been playing this game for years, posting the GAMEPLAY VIDEOS, HOW TO'S & REVIEWS. I have over 1000 videos of Candy Crush Games on YouTube. I even organized them into PLAYLIST.

I know what you are saying but I am NOT doing that. When I play it is recorded and posted. I never had a problem with my system. The CCS APP has been working great. I get every daily boosters everyday. The only thing I didn't get is the PRIZE for COMPLETING THE CHALLENGE.

I am one of those who never PAID TO PLAY since the BEGINNING. I used to defend the maker of this game but with this happening without them NOT EXPLAINING what is GOING ON really looks bad.

By the way, I completed BOTH LEVELS 3943 & 3944 IN ONE GO or ONE TRY. It STILL TELLS ME I HAVE 3 MORE LEVELS TO BEAT starting with 3945.

Ok, but are you an individual whom also has lost the ability to “reset the board” or go into a new level, press the settings button, then the little door to go back out all without losing a life, or are you still able to do this without losing a life? If so, maybe try it on 3943 as you mention you have not ventured into it yet and see if you have 25 or 28 moves. This would also give you a good chance to take an accurate screenshot for the developers beings your already posted ones show your next available ready-to-beat level is 3943, and if you shot it with a start of 25 moves and not a single booster it would completely get your point across to them and maybe they stop givin you the run around?

Have you played 3943, 3944, 3945 yet? Based on my game right now, your screen shots and if you have NOT since the posting of this comment yet passed them, with full bot power as indicated in your screen shots 3943 and 44 should start with 28 moves, 3945 with 21, as 43 and 44 originally start with 25 but with full bot power you START the level with 3 extra moves, and 45 originally starts with 18 and with the bot fully loaded 3 extra at 21. If you have since past these, disregard, check YouTube to see the number of moves a level says it should START with without boosters, but make sure it’s a posting closest to our date in time as the developers tweek the darned levels a lot. The only reason i suggest this is based on your screen shots, and the statement “your bot is at full power....” or whatever it says you should be starting any and all new levels with 3 extra moves, 2W/S combos, 2 c/b’s and this is BEFORE pushing play and being able to select putting a color bomb or a wrapped stripe combo in your game board. I have not heard or seen any other player had this issue at all, only a bagillion complaints about not being able to OBTAIN the fully loaded booster-bot by completing already completed levels, thus making the 4400+ levels a lot more manageable....

I think BUILD-A-BOT is NOT PROGRAMMED to AWARD BOOSTER PRIZES at the end of the CHALLENGE because KING and the GAME DEVELOPER thought NO ONE CAN BEAT IT.

I appreciate your Comments! I have been GETTING every BOOSTER PRIZES everyday except for BEATING THE BUILD-A-BOT CHALLENGE. I don't have any Computer ISSUES. I am a Computer Programmer not just a PLAYER. I fixed COMPUTERS. There is NOTHING WRONG with my DEVICES. I post Candy Crush Videos and Reviews on YouTube.

I’m guessing the reason you changed the build a bot rule was to encourage your community to buy more boosters. That makes good business sense, but I’ll just play less and spend more time on cookie jam.

@mercerik, like @Oakley_Arney said - if you are not getting those boosters that are depicted in your screen shot when you start each new level then there is definitely a problem. Have you tried rebooting whatever platform you are using (tablet/phone/computer)? I find that helps with other problems like a frozen screen. However I would definitely not reinstall the game. U have heard many horror stories about people loosing their boosters and gold bars when they did that. I wish you luck. Sorry I can’t of more help.

You are talking about STARTING your next level with 2 CB’s, 2 W/S combos and 3 extra moves right? Not adding 2 CB’s, and 2W/S combos to your inventory...if this is an accurate conclusion, then yes absolutely talk to support and show them screen shots!

@mercerik - I have to admit I’m curious. Did you not get the boosters from build a bot? The screen shot shows you are at the maximum. What other kind of boosters were you expecting to get? Those are the only ones I’m aware of that you can get by completing levels the first time (and now only for new levels 😒). If you didn’t get the boosters from your bot you should let King Support know.

I completed 11 LEVELS IN 1 GO WITHOUT LOSING A LIFE last night. I DIDN'T GET ANY BOOSTERS for doing so. INSTEAD it tells me that I NEED TO COMPLETE 3 MORE LEVELS. I think KING is KNOWS that this MISSION is NOT ATTAINABLE and DON'T HAVE ANY INTENTION of REALLY AWARDING ANYONE of the PRIZES PROMISED.

If the Build A Bot and other boosters that we used to be able to collect are not restored to the way they used to be, I will likely kiss this game goodbye. Sitting on 4460 right now with a full bot that I can't even use. If it is reset next week then what is the reason for people that have supported this game up to this point to continue playing. Get your heads out and get it right.
