Level 2186

I was in a race to win gold (completing 21 levels to win your share) when I came across this level. I didn't even have the opportunity to play when I got the "no possible moves" notification popped up. It shuffled and the same notification popped up. After the second notification, my level was failed and I was kicked out of the race. I tried the level again and the same thing happened. How am I supposed to play if I can't play?

That is my mistake. It is not level 2186, rather level 2168. The level was in fact an "oops" level and automatically made me fail it twice after reshuffling twice each time I played it due to "no possible moves". I wasn't able to get a screenshot as I couldn't play it all. I've since passed the level, but I lost my streak and got kicked out the race. Thanks for your input.

P.S. I'm playing Candy Crush - not exactly easy to confuse it with other games.

I am sorry but you have me baffled. Level 2186 is not an "oops" level, nor does the "oops" reoccur on replaying. Please could you post a screenshot of the level you are posting about. Mine looks like the videos and as shown below:
