The game doesn't connect to store to buy lives nor golden bars

Question

Over the past 3 days, every time I try to buy extra lives or golden bars or busters, I get a message saying it can't connect and to try again later.

What I've already done:

clean game cache

clean Play Store cache

rereinstall the game

reboot my modem, my phone, my connection.

Tried through my friend's wifi

Tried through mobile connection.

I've lost all my progress doing that and for nothing. I'm still on the same level as I was before, but I lost all my advantage that I had.

How can I fix this issue?

In fact, I was able to fix that.

I was looking around my settings on Google Play Store and I found I had pending a quick offer payment from 6, June So, I did the payment and now the app is running fine.

BUT I didn't receive that boosters, gold and 1 hour extra life.

How can I receive that stuff or get my money back?
