Flying saucer wasted

I was on the last move and had like 6 or 7 frostings to destroy. Used flying saucer and it missed each end every one of them. It's a valuable booster and it should help you as much as possible. Or at least it should do a little bit. Something. Anything…

That's helpful and yes, I have seen this kind of uselessness of the UFO booster in my game at the end of the map also. In the earlier levels the UFO usually gets the last three clusters of frostings, because it's written into the algorithm that a UFO played in your last few moves will help pass a level. I see this a lot in my game at levels 3000-4000 now. It's either pay 10 gold or use a UFO to pass the legendary levels. When you get to the 18,000 + range the game demands lots of boosters or gold for many levels. And in that range the UFOs are becoming quite useless.

I am currently on level 19398, it happened couple of days ago and it's impossible at this point to remember which level it was exactly. But it's not the first time it happened.

I'd be interested to hear which level this was. Indeed I have had this happen to me too, although usually at least one of the three UFOs goes for some of the frostings. I'm not sure I have ever had all three miss. If you could share with us the level number that would be great, as I'd quite like to take a look to see how come the UFOs were so completely useless.

That really hurts — using such a rare booster and seeing it miss everything, especially when you're down to the last move… it's honestly such a letdown. The Flying Saucer should be more helpful, especially in tight situations like that. You're not wrong for feeling upset — a lot of us have been there. Just know you're not alone in this — and sometimes, even when the game lets us down, we bounce back stronger. You’ll get it. Hang in there 💪
