How to remove gold bar limit

I recently contacted you regarding an issue I am facing with my account. Unlike other players, my account seems to have a 200 gold bar limit, which is preventing me from fully enjoying the game. I kindly request you to look into this matter because:

1. This restriction feels unusual and is not applied equally to other players.

2. It affects the fairness and balance of the game experience.

3. I have been a regular and supportive player, and I wish to continue playing without unnecessary limitations.

I would be very grateful if you could review my account and remove this gold limit. I truly enjoy playing Candy Crush, and I hope this issue can be resolved so I can continue supporting the game.

It would be interesting to know how much gold you had in the account and what level range you were at when the limit was imposed. Some of us who have thousands of gold are very worried about this! As with all of King’s tests there is nothing players can do about it. You will have to hope it will go away when they find out it loses them players and money.

You are part of 5% test group of players who receive this limit. If the test stops you might see the limit disappear. If King roll this out to all players you might see a lot of us disappear! If you only recently started the account I would suggest you delete the app, reinstall the game and create a new account. You are unlikely to be part of the 5 % group twice.
