I was at a level more than 2500 but have been unable to open my game for the last 4-5 days

The last resort is to uninstall the game and reinstall it again but you will lose all lives and boosters.

I am unable to open my game on my mobile device to get an id # is there anything else I can do?

Hi @Green31, my recommendation is that in the future you play either through Facebook or the Kingdom because they save your progress on their server. I am going to suggest that you create a Kingdom account. Once you have an account please follow the steps on here to get your user ID #: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/247069/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it#latest

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your account once they have your # and get your progress going. You will receive an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the contact form.

Thx for your reply. Unfortunately I never played through facebook or created an account but I would like to be able to continue from where I was. Is there anyway to transfer the game now even though I can't open it or do I have to start all over again? Through the progress of the game a little screen used to pop up asking me to put a name but I never did 😟.

Thanks for tagging me @Green31 are you playing the game through Facebook? Someone reported that Facebook is causing problems again. If you never played the game through the Kingdom, and if you are on a mobile device or Windows 10 then I am going to ask you to please try playing through the Kingdom to see if you can open it there.
