I upgraded my phone yesterday, I saved my profile and restored the profile however I lost all trophy pins. All special candies etc. Please help. I was so close to gaining the second round.
Hi, i play Candy crash saga on my PC and I lost my pins too. I had 133 earned pins and was close to platinum with 240 gold bars. All trophy pins disappeared, I have just duplicates left. Can anyone help to restore it, it is only week left? I am on level 15696.

In King Saga games, only game progress and Gold bars are stored to King Servers! Hence it is possible to sync the progress across all the devices we use! But, the boosters (and lives received from our friends) are stored to the local memory of the device we use - which is not transferrable between devices! That is the reason you are not finding those special candies on your new phone!
I am not sure why the Pins progress is not transferred though! Did you play the game yet on your new phone and win any feature that can earn a Pin? If not, I would suggest you to do that first and let me know if the feature is back in your game or not!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
