Sweet cinema not working since month ago, how to use it
Why watching videos is locked
I had it until yesterday..disappeared off each device at different times of the day..on level 20496..won't play anymore unless they bring it back..not going to use all my gold bars up..I'll wait..
Hi @tsheringyangzom Is the Sweet Cinema still shown in your Events? If it is then what Freddy says is correct. Sometimes you get to watch an advert after every level you complete, but sometimes it only works once in an Episode (15 levels). Also it doesn't always work as it should. If you look at my screenshot you can see that it says open. Normally when it says open you click it and you get to watch an advert. Other times though you click it and it says come back later. When this happens I find that you have to go back to your map screen and click the Sweet Cinema again. You will find that you have to do this three to four times before you get to watch an advert.
Also I have noticed that the open sign on the Sweet Cinema isn't always displayed. That is, if you see a one displayed on your event button, but can't see which Event is to be opened then I have found that this generally means that the Sweet Cinema is ready to watch.
Long story short, clear your app cache regularly, and don't expect the Sweet Cinema to work the first time you select it. Select it multiple times.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features (Sweet Cinema) might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.

Check your device and game are up to date, log out and clear the cache from your app store or browser, restart your device and log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
Please note that although you have the sweet cinema feature that sometimes the add take a break in the game or there are temporary issues with some ads , so you may not always be able to receive ads

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

I logged out and then logged in again in the game but after logging in all the lives which I received from my friends have been disappeared also when I am clicking on that envelope icon to see lives it's not opening anything

Each time I start a new Episode Race, it immediately shows that someone has already finished the race, which is impossible. And yes, itâs the same players EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've got to ask this as it just isn't going away: Are King aware that there is glitch in the map graphics for new players this week? I started two new games at the weekend, one the old iPhone running on iOS 12.5.7 and the other on the old iPad which is running on iOS 15.8.5. Both games the moment I had closed and reopenedâŚ
The game Candy Crush is no longer playable. The "half/half spinach" commercial keeps crashing, and all you get is this ad. No more extra moves, boosters, or levels. Why isn't anything being done about this? By you guys? You can't remove it yourself.
