Thanks for sharing these extra examples and I can see why this is frustrating, especially when it happens while using boosters or Gold Bars.
I want to let you know that this has now been reported and is currently being looked into by the team. At the moment I don’t have a fix or timeline to share, but your screenshots are helpful and have been passed along to support the investigation.
As soon as I have any update, I’ll share it here. Thanks for your patience, and I’m really sorry this is interrupting your gameplay.
tried you recommendations, still frozen o few times a day, below is only one of my cap screen
Tried everything you have mentioned, the game still frozen once in a while, especially when I used the golden bar
Thanks for the extra details! Since this isn’t limited to one booster and it’s freezing during regular gameplay too, let’s rule out a few common causes first.
Could you try the following, if you haven’t already:
• Close the game completely • Restart your device (not just the app) • Make sure the game is fully up to date • Clear the game app cache only (don’t clear data)
For now, please don’t reinstall the game yet. We want to see if a clean restart and cache refresh stabilises things first.
After trying this, let me know: • Does the game still freeze when you use special items? • Does it happen on every level or just certain ones?
Once we know that, I can look at what the next step should be.
Well, no just using special items
Not only UFO booster…and I was using golden bar to play these level
Hi @jennnilaw, thanks for sharing the screenshot. Just to help narrow this down, can you let me know if the freezing only happens when you use the UFO booster, or does it also happen with other special items?
And does it freeze every time you use it, or only sometimes?
That will really help us understand what’s triggering it.
